At KPA Financial Services, all payments are taken upfront to secure your appointment time or purchase. Please review our refund guidelines carefully before booking or purchasing:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Full refund.
   
• Cancellations made the same day as the appointment: Refund minus a $10 booking fee.
   
• No-shows: No refund will be issued.
   

All booking fees (retainers) are non-refundable, as this fee reserves your specific date and time exclusively. One reschedule may be allowed based on availability.

Tax preparation fees are paid upon completion of services and are non-refundable, including any deposits or retainers paid prior to completion.

Due to the immediate access and delivery of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
